Compliance of Qualifications and licences: All tickets, licenses and qualification are verified and recorded in the candidate file along with any requirements for renewals and updates.
Outstanding Injury management: Injured workers are always treated and cared for under medical guidance and RTW best practice. Our team of RTW consultants are experts in to meeting the best solutions for worker and business in a successful manner.
We Audit: Asquith Workforce audit our internal systems and our client’s systems to ensure we are providing the best processes for our workforce. We partner with employers and value a safe work environment.
Regular site visits: Regular site risk assessments, safety interactions and genuine employee engagement is provided through the journey with our workers and clients. Ensuring jobs and tasks assigned are being carrying out safely, and processes and procedures are being followed on site with our workers. Consultation and feedback with our workers demonstrates genuine employee/employer commitment and allows for our consultants to foresee any potential issues at the time of the visit.
Incident Reports: Asquith Workforce Team conducts thorough investigations of incidents and is transparent with all parties.
