Our Mission
Our mission is to be the leading culturally diverse employment provider for recruitment solutions within the state of NSW, by providing safe work practices, professional, accredited workforce solutions to employers.
Our Guiding Principles
Quality
It is critical that we be an agile recruitment business to accommodate for the ever-changing landscape we operate in. This means we are constantly evolving in order to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. We’re service-orientated and understand the value of providing up-to-date, best practice solutions for all our clients.
Collaboration
We adopt a collaborative approach as we feel that a shared common direction provides the right environment for successful delivery of any project we undertake. We’re proud of our inclusive, all-embracing culture, which sees us communicate and help one another at all times.
Integrity
Openness and integrity are the pillar stones to lasting, sustainable relationships. As such, Asquith Workforce operate in an open and honest manner, and extend the same professional courtesy to all of our clients and candidates. Being in the people business means that we genuinely want what’s best for you.
Our Recruitment Process
Having confirmed the recruitment brief and agreed working terms of the contract, Asquith Workforce will immediately set about identifying the appropriate candidate. This process may utilise a number of recruitment practices such as database screening, headhunting, advertising, social media networking etc.
Assessing an individual’s skills provides a greater incite in determining whether they will perform to the required standard. We offer a skills assessment test to all candidates. This can potentially lead to:
· employee suitability fort the client;
· increased employee participation leading to higher productivity;
· increased employee satisfaction, resulting in less absenteeism and higher staff retention rates; and
· cost savings by being able to provide targeted training that aligns with company objectives.
When a candidate accepts the job offer, organisations send the candidate an employment contract to be signed and returned. We can go one step further by assisting with the induction process which involves providing onsite support for new employees in the form of everything from a company overview presentation to Work Health and Safety procedures to site inductions.
If required we have the ability to define jobs, prepare job descriptions, place the final candidates or employee on the job.
We provide payroll solutions, which remove many of the hassles and risks associated with hiring contractors. We specifically provide:
· Timesheet submission and approval;
· Full management transparency via weekly reporting; and
· Invoice reports.
After a placement we continue to oversee and manage communications with candidates until induction completion. Communication through face-to-face meetings, teleconferences and email is an ongoing process to ensure the best possible outcomes. This also makes certain that we are responsive to any changes to the brief, which may occur, based on your priorities. Feedback is always welcome to ensure a consistent process of improvement.
